About the Author: Cygnet Brown has loved history since she was in the fourth grade and has been writing since 12 years old. Her first self-published historical novel When God Turned His Head, written in 2010 was the first historical novel in The Locket Saga. She has recently completed the second Novel in the series: Soldiers Don’t Cry, The Locket Saga Continues. She has also written for Mother Earth News magazine and online article sites including Busika, Infobarrel, and Hubpages. She is working on her degree in liberal Arts at Argosy University, and she lives with her husband and daughter in Springfield, Missouri.
